Operating out of the Canning Vale Office/Workshop utilising modern equipment and work practises. The company is continually increasing and updating plant and equipment. With in this equipment, we have: two station robot welding cell, 2 off Hot Wire GTAW “Tip Tig”, 1 off Millar Maxstar 700 “Keyhole tig”, 2 Millar “Pipeworx” welding plants, Millar Invison 354 Pulse GMAW, 2 x AC/DC GTAW machines, 100, 200, 500 & 2 off 1000 kg Welding positioners, pipe bevelling machines, Sectional roller, 5 Tonne Forklift, & KATO 20 Tonne Crane plus an assortment of specialist tooling to assist with processing materials.

Our knowledge and approach to tasks enable us to design, engineer, manufacture and repair specialised components or items. Highly qualified staff including a WTIA Certified Welding Inspector & in house Mechanical Engineer to assist with day-to-day operations to ensure quality is always at the forefront and enabling continued production. SolidWorks is the standard drawing package software to bring concept to production. Our staff are hand selected for their ability to offer greater skills and knowledge base varying though exposure to international projects. Excite Engineering partners with other pre-qualified vendors to assist with material processing, to enable full scope project delivery.

Excite Engineering specialises in manufacture/repairs of special requirement items including pressure retaining equipment & spooling as well as specialised fabrication. When required by clientele, Excite employs Lloyds Register to certify & verify Weld Procedures and Welder Qualifications. All testing coordinated by Excite Engineering is perform by NATA authorised Laboratories. Our skilled staff also perform In house Dye penetrant and magnetic particle testing as requested by clients. Suppliers are selected based on our ethos & ideology and customer requirements, in addition to this we have selected specialist vendors to assist our bespoke capabilities.
